Apply now for the „cdgw-Future Award 2022“!

The „Healthcare Industry Future Award“ is presented annually by the Healthcare Industry Club.

Each year, it has a different thematic heading.

For the year 2022, the cdgw is focusing on digitization projects that have been implemented in concrete terms. The background is the Hospital Future Act (KHZG). It provides an investment program with a funding volume of around 4.3 billion euros. Hospitals are to be able to submit applications for digitization projects and use the allocated funding to invest in modern IT and digital structures. The law was launched on January 1, 2021. Numerous applications have already been submitted, and funds have already been approved.

After more than a year of the KHZG, the cdgw wants to use its Future Prize to honor an outstanding project that represents and has delivered concrete benefits and progress in the German-speaking hospital landscape.

Medical service providers as well as service providers and companies from German-speaking countries can apply. Joint applications from cooperation partners are also possible. Individuals and companies can apply. And independent proposals can also be submitted. Participation in the cdgw Future Award is free of charge.

The deadline for applications is May 29, 2022.

A jury consisting of the cdgw presidium and cdgw management as well as media partner Thieme Gruppe/kma-medien will select the winner from the applications and proposals.

Decisive criteria are:

• Network character
• Practicability
• patient or customer benefit
• social relevance
• Cost efficiency

The „cdgw-Future Award“ will be presented at the major cdgw networking event on the eve of the Capital Congress in Berlin. The date is June 21, 2022.
